Fried beef with potatoes and mushrooms
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz beef filet
- 4-5 medium size potatoes
- 10.5 oz mushrooms
- 2-3 onions
- mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Slightly grease the baking mold with butter. Lay out the meat that is cut into small pieces, add salt and pepper.
Place onion rings that are cut in half on top of the meat.
Place mushrooms onto the onions. If mushrooms are large, you would need to cut them.
Place the potatoes that are cut into thin slices onto the mushrooms. Add a little bit of salt and pepper.
Grease the potatoes with mayonnaise and place them in the oven. Cook at 350 F for 30-35 minutes.
