Meat rolls with mushroom stuffing


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz beef
  • 10.5 oz mushrooms
  • 3 onions
  • 5.5 oz mayonnaise
  • 5.5 oz tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation


Thinly chop the onion.

Wash and clean the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until it is a golden color.

Add mushrooms, salt and pepper and fry until ready.

Cut and hammer the meat and add a little bit of salt and pepper.

Place the mushroom stuffing.

Make the rolls and fasten them with a toothpick.

Lightly fry the rolls in vegetable oil.

Mix the mayonnaise with the tomato paste.

Place rolls into a baking pan, pour the sauce over it and place it in the oven. Fry at the 400F for 30-40 minutes.
