Roast beef with lemon


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 20-25 oz. of beef
  • 2 lemons
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation


Peel the lemon.

Add salt and pepper. Squeeze the lemon, and add lemon juice to meat.

Add garlic extruded through garlic press. Leave for 30-40 minutes.

Fry in vegetable oil on both sides. Add lemon peel, and heat until the meat soft and cooked.
