Cheese snack on Potato Chips

Recipe Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz of hard cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Dill (or any fresh salt to taste)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Mayonnaise
  • Potato chips (chips should be broad)
  • Olives for decorations

Preparation


Grate cheese over the small holes of a box grater.

Slice finely tomatoes.

Cut finely dill.

Mix up the cheese, tomatoes, fresh dill.

Add garlic extruded through garlic press.

Add mayonnaise and mix all well together.

Put the mass on the chip. Decorate with olives.
