Popcorn cake
Recipe Ingredients
- 3.5 oz sweet popcorn
- 14 oz chocolate
- 17.5 oz cottage cheese
- 7 oz yogurt
- 1 large lemon
- 0.7 oz gelatin
- 7 oz 33-35% cream
- ½ cup sugar
Preparation
Soak the gelatin in 5 oz of cold boiled water and leave for 1 hour.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Save a little bit of popcorn for decoration. You can cut the rest, but not too finely.
Combine the popcorn and chocolate (you can save a little bit of chocolate for decoration).
Place the popcorn with chocolate in a separate pan (I have a pan that is 10”). Refrigerate, so the mix would solidify.
Combine cottage cheese with yogurt.
Squeeze lemon juice into the cottage cheese mix and mix well.
Melt the gelatin in a water bath.
Beat the cream with sugar.
Add gelatin and cream to the cottage cheese mix. Beat well.
Place the mix onto the solidified popcorn. Refrigerate for 7-8 hours. The mix should solidify well.
Decorate the finished cake with popcorn and chocolate.
