Fried pork with cheese
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5-24.5 oz pork (filet or on a bone)
- 2 eggs
- 3.5 grated cheese (Parmesan is best)
- 3.5 breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- spices to taste
- dry herbs (basil, oregano, parsley)
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Beat the egg with salt and pepper.
Combine cheese, spices, herbs, and breadcrumbs.
Dip pieces of pork in eggs.
Then roll them in the cheese mix.
Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until ready.
