Fried chicken with lemons
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 chicken
- 2 lemons
- salt
- pepper
side dish:
- 2 cups steamed rice
- leek or bulb onion
- 1 carrot
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Wash the chicken. Squeeze the juice out of lemons. Add salt and pepper to the chicken. Add lemon juice and let it marinate for 30-40 minutes.
Mince the onion.
Grate the carrot on a medium grater.
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil.
Add carrots and sauté well.
Then add rice and fry for 5 minutes.
Cut the chicken lengthwise at the breast, place on the pan with the breast down, and bake in the oven at 350F until ready.
