Puff pies with liver
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz puff dough
- 7-10.5 oz liver
- 2 onions
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Boil the liver until ready. Then run it through a meat grinder.
Mince the onion.
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until a golden color.
Combine the liver and onion. Add salt and pepper.
Roll the dough, cut it into rectangulars and place the stuffing.
Form a pie.
Cover the pan with baking paper, place the pies on it and bake in the oven at 350F until a golden color.
