Fish Stew with vegetables in the foil

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 fish filet
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 1 lemon
  • greens (parsley, fennel, etc.)
  • spices to taste
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation


Add salt, pepper, spices, juice of lemon to the fish, combine and leave for 30-40 minutes.

Cut the carrot into slices.

Cut the onion into half rings.

Place a piece of fish, carrot, onion, and minced greens on a foil. Wrap the foil, place it on the pan and bake in the oven at 400F for 30-35 minutes.
