Avocado salad


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 avocadoes (total weight 17.5 oz)
  • 17.5 oz boiled chicken filet
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 large Bulgarian pepper
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • greens to taste
  • salt
  • mayonnaise

Preparation


This is salad is for avocado lovers.

Peel the avocado and remove the pit. Cut the flesh into cubes.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into cubes.

Clean the pepper and cut into cubes.

Mince the chicken filet.

Mince the greens.

Combine everything. Add salt to taste and add mayonnaise.
