Fried beef with Bulgarian pepper


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz beef filet
  • 3 Bulgarian peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • spices to taste
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Mince the onion and garlic.

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Remove seeds from the pepper and cut into strips.

Sauté onion and garlic in vegetable oil until a golden color.

Add meat, salt, pepper. Add spices and fry until ready.

Add pepper and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
