Stroganov liver

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz beef liver
  • 1-1.5 cups sour cream
  • 2-3 onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Mince the onion.

Remove films from the liver and cut the liver into strips.

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until a golden color.

Add liver, salt, pepper and fry from all sides.

Add sour cream and simmer for 15-20 minutes. You can serve potatoes or rice as a side dish.
