Fish with cheese soufflé
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz fish filet
- 5 eggs
- 5.5 oz cheese
- breading for the fish or breadcrumbs
- salt
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Cut the fish into small pieces and roll in breading. If you use breadcrumbs, add spice to taste and combine.
Fry the fish in vegetable oil until ready.
Grate the cheese on a large grater.
Beat the eggs and add salt.
Add cheese and combine.
Place the fish in the baking pan.
Place the egg and cheese mix on top. Bake in the oven at 350 F for 15-20 minutes.
