Omelet with tomatoes and potatoes
Recipe Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 tomato
- 3.5 oz cheese
- greens (fennel, parsley, etc.)
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Grate the cheese on a large grater.
Mince the greens.
Peel the potatoes. Grate on a small grater.
Beat the eggs.
Add tomatoes, cheese, greens, potatoes, salt, pepper.
Place the mix in the frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Fry on a medium heat until ready.
