Cheese soup


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz chicken filet
  • 14 oz melted cheese
  • ½ cup rice
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • greens to taste (parsley, fennel, etc.)

Preparation


Add 0.8 gallons of water. Add salt, pepper and boil until ready.

Mince the onion.

Grate the carrot on a small grater.

Peel potatoes, cut into strips or cubes.

When the filet is ready, remove it. Add rice to the boiling broth and boil for 10 minutes.

Cut the meat into small pieces.

Add potatoes to the broth.

Add the onion.

Add the carrots. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Then add the meat and cook until the potatoes are ready.

Add the cheese and mix well. Remove from the heat. Serve in plates and sprinkle with greens.
