Cutlets with cheese stuffing
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz ground meat
- 3.5 oz cheese
- breading for cutlets or breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Add salt and pepper to the ground meat. Mix well. You can add a raw egg to the ground meat.
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Form a cake and place the cheese in the middle.
Form a cutlet.
Roll it in breadcrumbs.
Fry in vegetable oil on both sides until ready. You can serve mashed potatoes as a side dish.
