Crab salad


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz crab meat or crab sticks
  • 7 oz canned corn
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ steamed rice
  • 2 oz crab chips
  • mayonnaise

Preparation


Grate the eggs on a small grater.

Cut the crab meat into small cubes.

Slightly grind the chips.

Place the rice on the bottom of a tall salad plate. Grease with mayonnaise.

Place the crab meat onto the rice and grease with mayonnaise.

Place eggs on the meat and grease with mayonnaise.

Place the corn on the meat and grease with mayonnaise.

Place the chips onto the corn. I recommend adding the chips before serving, so they will stay crunchy.
