Cowberry cake
Recipe Ingredients
- 3.5 oz sugar
- 3.5 oz butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 teaspoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 7 oz flour
Cream:
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup sugar
- 14 oz cowberry
also:
- 7 oz 33-35% cream
- ½ cup sugar
Preparation
Cream the butter with sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add cacao, baking powder, flour and mix the dough.
Place the dough on a pan greased with butter. Even it out and bake in the oven at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare the cream. Beat the sour cream with sugar until particles disappear. Add 2/3 of cowberry and combine.
Cut the baked layer horizontally into two layers. Place the cream on the first layer.
Cover with the second layer.
Beat the cream with sugar, grease the cake with it and add the rest of cowberry.
