Pancakes


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 7 oz flour
  • 1 teaspoon flat soda
  • salt

Preparation


This amount of ingredients should give you 15-16 pancakes that are 8.5” in diameter.

Beat the eggs with sugar and salt.

Add vegetable oil, milk and mix well.

Then add soda and flour. Thoroughly beat with a wire whisk or blender.

Heat the frying pan and slightly grease with butter. Pour the dough in the middle, move the frying the pan around, so the dough would evenly distribute on it. When the pancake bottom becomes golden, flip it.

Fry the other side for literally several seconds. Then remove the pancake from the frying pan.

You can stuff the pancakes with different stuffing. For example, fried ground meat with onions and mushrooms.

You can grease the pancakes with jelly and form a roll.

You can also stuff the pancakes with curd and raisins.

You can also stuff them with chocolate melted in a water bath.
