Salad with chicken filet, cucumbers and nuts


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz boiled chicken filet
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 1.5 oz walnuts
  • green salad
  • lemon
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 4-5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt

Preparation


Cut the cucumbers into slices.

Mince the nuts.

Cut the filet into small pieces.

Cut the apple into cubes.

Prepare the dressing. To do that, add garlic squeezed through a garlic press to the vegetable oil.
Add lemon juice and mix well.

Tear the salad leaves.

Add the filet, cucumber, apple, nuts. Add salt to taste and mix well.
