Chocolate cupcake with nuts
Recipe Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3.5 oz nuts (hazelnut, walnut, almond)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3.5 oz chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 10.5-12.5 oz flour
Preparation
Mince the nuts.
Melt the chocolate in water bath.
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla.
Add sour cream and combine.
Then add chocolate.
Add nuts, baking powder, flour, and mix the dough.
Pour the dough into a mold greased with butter. Bake at 350F. Check the readiness with a match.
