Vitamin salad
Recipe Ingredients
- 10.5 oz red-headed cabbage
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 Bulgarian pepper
- 3.5 oz radish
- leek or bulb onion
- greens to taste (parsley, fennel, etc.)
- salt
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Thoroughly wash and dry all the vegetables.
Mince the cabbage into strips.
Cut the radish into strips.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Cut the cucumbers into strips.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Remove the seeds from the pepper and cut into strips.
Mince the greens.
Combine everything. Add salt and vegetable oil.
