Salad with herring, potatoes and apple


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz salted herring filet
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 apple (sour)
  • 1 onion
  • mayonnaise

Preparation


Boil the potatoes and eggs until ready.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes.

Cut the eggs into strips or cubes.

Cut the herring filet into cubes.

Mince the onion, add boiling water and leave for 10 minutes. Then drain the water.

Remove the core from the apple and cut into cubes.

Combine potatoes, eggs, herring, onion, apple.

Add mayonnaise.
