Brussels sprout with meatballs

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz ground meat
  • 14 oz Brussels sprout
  • 1 large carrot
  • leek or bulb onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • spices to taste
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Add salt and pepper to the ground meat. Add spices to taste and mix well. Form small meatballs.

Cut the leek into half rings. You can mince the bulb onion.

Grate the carrot on a medium grater.

Slightly sauté the carrot and onion in vegetable oil.

Add meatballs and fry for about 20 minutes while periodically stirring.

Place the Brussels sprout in the boiling salty water and cook for 10-15 minutes.

Then add the sprout to meatballs, combine and fry for another 5 minutes.
