Chocolate muffins


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 7 oz chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 3.5 oz sugar
  • 3.5 oz butter
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 7 oz flour

Preparation


Break the chocolate into pieces that are approximately ½ x ½”.

Combine eggs with sugar until particles dissapear.

Add softened butter.

Add pieces of chocolate and combine.

Then add baking powder, flour, and mix the dough that is not tight.

Place the dough into small molds, so it is 2/3 high. Bake in the oven preheated to 350F. Bake for about 25 minutes. Check the readiness using a match or toothpick.
