Draniki with mushrooms
Recipe Ingredients
- 24.5 oz potatoes
- 14 oz frozen or fresh champignons
- 2-3 onions
- 1-2 tablespoons flour
- 1 egg
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil for frying
Preparation
Mince the onion.
Finely cut the mushrooms.
Sauté the onion in vegetable oil.
Add mushrooms and salt and sauté until ready.
Peel the potatoes and grate on a medium grater.
Add salt and pepper to potatoes.
Add an egg, mushrooms and combine.
Add flour and mix well.
Using a tablespoon, place the dough in a frying pan with preheated vegetable oil.
Fry on both sides until a golden color. Serve with sour cream.
