Salad with cabbage, apple and raisins


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 7 oz cabbage (red-headed or white-headed)
  • 5.5 oz seedless raisins
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 apple
  • olive or vegetable oil

Preparation


Soak raisins in warm water for 20-30 minutes.

Mince the cabbage into strips.

Remove the core from the apple and cut into cubes.

Grate the carrot into strips.

Combine cabbage, raisins, apple and carrots. Add vegetable oil.
