Sour cabbage stewed with chicken filet

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz chicken filet
  • 24.5 oz sour cabbage
  • 3-4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • celery root
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Mince the onion.

Cut the filet into small pieces.

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil in the sauce pan.

Add the filet and sauté well for 10-15 minutes.

Then add boiling water, so it covers the filet. Add the tomato paste and combine.

Then add the cabbage (if it is too sour, rinse it in cold water). Add pepper, celery. Add salt if necessary.

Add the garlic squeezed through a garlic press 5 minutes before the dish is ready.
