Chicken filet marinated in cream

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz chicken filet
  • 2 cups 10% cream
  • breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Cut the filet into small pieces.

Add salt and pepper to the filet.

Add cream to the filet. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Then roll the filet in breadcrumbs.

Fry on both sides in vegetable oil until ready. Serve with mashed potatoes.
