Stuffed eggs

Recipe Ingredients

  • 5 eggs (boiled)
  • 5.5 oz humpback salmon filet (salted)
  • mayonnaise
  • greens (fennel, parsley, etc.)

Preparation


Cut the eggs lengthwise into two parts. Remove the yolks.

Mince the yolks.

Mash the humpback salmon with a fork.

Mince the greens.

Combine yolks, humpback salmon, greens.

Add a little bit of mayonnaise and combine everything well.

Stuff the egg halves with a prepared mix. Using a pastry tube, decorate with mayonnaise in a form of a network.
