Muffins with cheese and ham
Recipe Ingredients
- 3.5 oz ham
- 3.5 oz hard cheese
- 5 oz milk
- 3.5 oz butter
- 3 eggs
- 9-10.5 oz flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Cut the cheese into small cubes.
Cut the ham into small pieces.
Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
Add milk and combine.
Then add softened butter.
Add ham, cheese and combine.
Add flour and baking powder. Mix the dough that is not tight.
Place the dough into small molds, so they are 2/3 full and bake in the oven preheated to 350F. Bake for 30 minutes. Check the readiness with a match or toothpick.
