Chicken stew with tomatoes

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 23.5 oz tomatoes in their own juice
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • spices to taste
  • red pepper
  • salt
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Cut the chicken into four parts. Add spices, pepper and salt.

Add garlic squeezed through a garlic press and combine.

Fry pieces of chicken in vegetable oil until they have a golden crust.

Remove the skin from tomatoes, mash with a fork and combine with the juice.

Add tomatoes to the chicken and simmer until ready. For side orders, you can serve mashed potatoes or pasta.
