Tomatoes with cheese and garlic


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 3-4 tomatoes
  • 3.5 oz cheese
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • mayonnaise
  • greens to taste (parsley, fennel, etc.)

Preparation


Grate the cheese on a small grater.

Add garlic squeezed through a garlic press.

Add mayonnaise and combine.

Cut tomatoes into slices.

Place the cheese mix on tomatoes and sprinkle with minced greens.
