Vinaigrette


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 beet (14 oz)
  • 1 carrot (10.5 oz)
  • 3 potatoes (14 oz)
  • 7 oz sour cabbage
  • 7 oz marinated or pickled cucumbers
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Boil the potatoes, carrot and beet until ready. Then cool the vegetables and peel them.

Cut the carrots into cubes.

Cut cucumbers into cubes.

Cut the beet into cubes.

Mince the onion.

If the cabbage is very sour, rinse it with water and mince it.

Cut the potatoes into cubes.

Combine potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, onion, cabbage, beet. Add salt.

Add vegetable oil.
