Potatoes with mushrooms and ground meat


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 28 oz potatoes
  • 17.5 oz mushrooms
  • 17.5 oz mushrooms
  • leek or bulb onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • mayonnaise

Preparation


Cut leek into rings (mince the bulb onion).

Peel potatoes and cut into slices.

Place the ground meat on the bottom of the pan. Add salt and pepper.

Place mushrooms on the ground meat (if the mushrooms are large, you need to cut them).

Place the onion on mushrooms.

Place the potatoes on the onion. Add a little bit of salt and pepper.

Grease with mayonnaise, and place the pan in the oven. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
