Stuffed Mushrooms

Recipe Ingredients
- preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 large pkg of white mushrooms (about 24)
- 1/2 to lbs ground beef, sausage or venison
- 1 8 oz pkg cream chz
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup shreded cheddar chz
- 2 tbls minced onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tblsp worchestershire sauce
Preparation

Best stuffed mushrooms ever !
Brown the meat and drain, let rest on paper towels
Put the softened cream chz in a bowl
Add the minced onions
Add the salt and pepper
Add the bread crumbs
add the cheddar chz
add the browned meat and the worchestershire sauce
scoop out the mushroom caps with a mellon baller
fill with the stuffing
bake at 350 for about twenty min. Be sure to put just enough water to barely cover the bottom of the pan
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ready to eat !!!!!
