Turkey and Venison Burgers

Recipe Ingredients

  • 20 oz. of Turkey Ground
  • 20 oz. of Ground Venison
  • 1 cup of your favorite Salsa Mild to Hot your choice
  • 1 Beaten Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup of Plain or Italian bread crums

Preparation


Add your favorite side dish and you have a wonderful healthy and very tasty meal. Your guest won't believe they are enjoying venison burgers.

First mix all of the ingredients (except for the meat) in a large bowl, to be sure they are mixed well before adding the meat.
Then break up the turkey.

Break up the venison to prepare for mixing.

Use wax paper sheets to seperate the burgers as you make them into patties.
