Chicken filet cutlets
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz chicken filet
- 2 eggs
- leek or bulb onion
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Mince the onion.
Mince the filet.
Combine the filet, onion, eggs. Add salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in the frying pan. Place the cutlets in the frying pan with a spoon
Fry on both sides until ready.
