Salad with chicken filet and cedar nuts
Recipe Ingredients
- 5.5 oz chicken filet
- 2 tablespoons cleaned cedar nuts
- 1 bunch of salad
dressing:
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Boil the chicken filet until ready.
For dressing, combine oil with lemon juice.
Add garlic squeezed through a garlic press, add salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Brake the chicken filet into fibers.
Tear the salad.
Add filet and cedar nuts.
Add dressing and combine everything well.
