Banana muffins
Recipe Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas (14 oz)
- 3.5 oz butter or margarine
- 5.5 oz sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 9 oz flour
Preparation
Peel bananas, mash the flesh with a fork.
Cream sugar with sugar.
Add eggs and combine.
Add bananas and mix well.
Then add baking powder, flour and mix the dough that is not tight.
Place the dough into small molds greased with butter. Bake in the oven preheated to 350F for 15-20 minutes. You can pour melted chocolate onto the baked muffins.
