Fried humpback salmon with mushrooms
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz humpback salmon filet
- 10.5 oz champignons
- 1 cup of sour cream
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
Cut the humpback salmon into small pieces.
Sauté the mushrooms in vegetable oil.
Add sour cream, salt, pepper and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Fry humpback salmon separately.
Add sour cream with mushrooms to the humpback salmon. Simmer for 5 more minutes.
