Vegetable salad

Recipe Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz tomatoes
  • 9 oz cucumbers
  • 9 oz Bulgarian pepper
  • leaves of green salad

Dressing:

  • 1 teaspoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoons 6% vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3.5 oz vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation


Wash and dry all the vegetables.

Cut the cucumbers into strips.

Cut the tomatoes into strips.

Remove seeds from the pepper and cut it into strips.

For dressing, combine mustard and garlic squeezed through a garlic press.

Add vinegar and combine.

Add butter and mix well, so you will have a uniform mix.

Add salt and pepper to the dressing.

Tear the greens salad with hands.

Add cucumbers, tomatoes, pepper.
