Pork with garlic baked in foil


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 24.5 oz pork (filet)
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • mustard (sauce or in corn)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation


Cut the garlic cloves into 2-4 parts. Make cuts in the pork and place the garlic in there.

Rub pork with salt and pepper

Grease with mustard.

Place the pork in foil, slightly sprinkle with oil and wrap. Bake at 350-400F for 1.5 hours.
