Ham with pineapples pockets
Recipe Ingredients
- 21-24.5 oz pork (filet)
- canned pineapples
- 2 oz cheese
- 1 egg
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Grate the cheese on a large grater.
Cut the pork into pieces that are 0.6-0.8” thick. Make a cut on the side (but not till the end), so you can have a pocket. Place a little bit of cheese into the pockets.
Also place pieces of pineapple into the pockets.
Fasten the pocket with a toothpick.
Beat the egg and add salt. Roll the pockets in the egg.
Then roll them in breadcrumbs.
Fry in vegetable oil on both sides. Remove toothpicks and serve the pockets. You can cook mashed potatoes, buckwheat or rice as a side dish.
Bon appétit!
