Salad with chicken filet, croutons and pineapples
Recipe Ingredients
- 10.5 oz chicken filet
- 7 oz pineapples
- 3.5 oz loaf of bread
- 7 oz cheese
- mayonnaise
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Cut the chicken filet into small pieces.
Fry the filet in vegetable oil until ready.
Cut the bread into cubes.
Fry the bread in vegetable oil until a golden color.
Cut pineapples into cubes.
Grate the cheese on a small grater.
Combine the filet, pineapples, cheese, croutons (I recommend serving croutons before serving the dish, so they will be crunchy).
Add mayonnaise.
