Pork with apples baked in foil
Recipe Ingredients
- 24.5 oz pork (filet)
- 2 apples
- mustard to taste
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Rub the pork with salt and pepper.
Grease the pork with mustard.
Cut the apple into sections.
Place a piece of pork in the foil and place apples on top. Fold the foil. Bake at 350-400F for 1-1.5 hours.
