Stewed Calamari with onions and carrots


 

Recipe Ingredients

  • 10.5-14 oz calamari
  • 1-2 medium carrots
  • 1-2 onions
  • vegetable oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation


Cut the onion into half onions.

Mince the carrot or cut into strips.

Clean calamari and cut into strips.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until a light golden color.

Add carrots and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Add calamari, salt, pepper and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve.
