Cream and coffee desert
Recipe Ingredients
- 15 oz cream 33-35%
- 7 oz milk
- 7 oz cold coffee (3 teaspoons for 7 oz)
- 9 oz sugar
- 1 oz gelatin
- chocolate balls (dry breakfasts)
Preparation
You can get about 10 servings from the same amount of ingredients.
Soak gelatin in 7 oz of cold boiled water for 1 hour.
Bring the gelatin to a boil, but do not boil. Cool.
Beat cream with sugar.
Add gelatin and mix well.
Add half of cream with gelatin into milk and combine.
Add the rest of cream with gelatin into coffee and combine.
Place the cream and coffee mix into parfait glasses half way. Refrigerate.
Then, after the coffee mix thickens, place chocolate balls.
Place the cream mix onto the balls. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
You can add more balls on top.
