Salad with meat, tomatoes and eggs

Recipe Ingredients

  • 5.5 oz boiled beef
  • 12 cherry tomatoes (or 3 regular)
  • 8 quail eggs (or 2 chicken)
  • green salad leaves

Dressing:

  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon 6% vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation


Cut the beef into strips.

Tear the salad leaves by hand.

Prepare the dressing. Combine butter, vinegar, mustard, add garlic squeezed through a garlic press, add salt and pepper.

Combine salad leaves, meat and dressing.

Cut cherry tomatoes into two parts (regular tomatoes – 4-5 parts).

Cut the quail eggs into two parts (chicken – to 3-4 parts).

Place salad leaves and meat on a plate.

And place tomatoes and eggs.
