Calamari fried in breadcrumbs
Recipe Ingredients
- 17.5 oz calamari filet
- 2 eggs
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil
Preparation
Clean calamari and cut into strips.
Beat the eggs. Add salt and pepper.
Dip calamari in eggs.
Then roll calamari in breadcrumbs
Fry in warm oil for 3-4 minutes while stirring periodically. Sprinkle the cooked calamari with greens (parsley, fennel, etc.)
